Mantra For Vertigo

So you suffer from Vertigo? Then make use of my Mantra For Vertigo, and give yourself a bit of a tune up.

Hello Fellow Traveller 🙂

I’ve experienced vertigo before, and I’ve sought medical advice about it, but at the time, they didn’t have anything they could tell me that I hadn’t already found out for myself.

I did bit of research on the subject, but again, there was nothing there to help me do what was important to me, and that was to stop that infernal spinning.

So, I did what any ‘normal’ human would do…

I reacted to it by throwing an emotional tantrum about it! 🙂

You know how it goes…

‘I don’t want this.’

‘ I hate how this feels.’

‘Why won’t it go away?’

‘What’s wrong with me?’

Blah, Blah, Blah!

Then I remembered that there was nothing for it but to surrendered to it, ride it out, and wait for it to pass.

I mean once you’ve already manifested something, having an emotional cow about it just slows down your ability to set things right again; right?

Not that having an emotional cow isn’t a good thing. It can be. It’s the asking phase that is supposed to inspire you to seek solutions, and so, it can be a powerful thing to do. But throwing a tantrum for any longer than it takes for you to express those feelings, to get them out of your body and energy field, is just going to slow you down, bog you down, and give you more bouts of vertigo for you to explore, and play with, and find your way out of.

It’s like:

‘I have vertigo.’

‘I don’t like vertigo.’

‘Vertigo makes me feel (fill in the blank).’

‘ Vertigo reminds me of (fill in the blank)’

‘I really don’t like vertigo!’ ‘

I don’t effing want to have vertigo!’

“I’m sick of vertigo!’

“There’s nothing they can do for me!”

You get it; right? And if you’re really good at this phase, and many of us are, then you can actually keep yourself on that little roundabout of anti-bliss for YEARS!

When you get over all of that, and yourself, then you’ll begin to see the possibilities, find your own solutions, and start making the progress that you’ve been whining about not making. 🙂

Even if it’s things that others may not yet know enough about to help you with; yet!

Is vertigo a death sentence? Doesn’t seem to be. I had it for years, and on occasion, I still step up to the edge of it sometimes, but I’m still here, still breathing and typing this for you to read. And I haven’t had a head spin since I started using my ‘mantra for vertigo’.

Anyway, as I slowly got over myself, one of the first solutions I found was that if I got mad at it when I first started to notice the symptoms, they’d often go away without spinning my world very much at all.

If you want to try the getting mad solution, these are the very powerful mantra’s that I use to use to hold it at bay for a long time. 😀

I’d say things to it like,

“Fck ff!” (insert your own vowels)

Or

“Oh, no you bldy well don’t!” (I left a couple of vowels out of this one for you too.. Y’r Wlcm! 😀

But the getting mad at it method didn’t hold up in the long run. Oh, it worked quite a few times, but I’d still sink into a full on vertigo episode once in a while, so, I knew it wasn’t enough. I hadn’t cleared the energy that was causing it. I hadn’t yet figured out that it’s about not holding enough focus in my body, not being focused in the present enough, not stable enough in the new energies and perspectives that I was rapidly discovering that would enable me to do all that more successfully.

One of things that struck me most during my vertigo attacks was that I wasn’t able to focus on anything at all, and I couldn’t move at all either, because if I did, it would make things much, much, worse. I eventually recognised the connection between that aspect of the vertigo, and other ascension symptoms such as being out of step in time, difficulty focusing and connecting with some elements of my surroundings and activities, and a few other things as well.

With the motion sickness/nausea/vomiting aspect, the attacks indicated that I was taking in too much new information without releasing old patterns and energies enough for it to settle in properly. When it became too imbalanced, it would shut me down, make me rest, and woe betide if I tried to resist any part of that until my body was ready!

By the way; I did find that using the motion sickness bracelets that you can buy from the chemist helped with the nausea quite a bit. They didn’t take the nausea away all together, but they did help me to stave off several vomiting episodes. If you’re going to use them, just make sure you take the time to find out how to position them correctly before your need to use them becomes urgent.

BTW. If you’re in the throes of a Vertigo attack and there’s a threat of vomiting involved, I wouldn’t recommend wearing a mask! (Ewww!) 😉 Otherwise, you can shop this amazingly wonderful and spectacular looking mask at my Teepublic Store.

I came to understand that the empathic side of us is evolving too; and our other ‘sides’ as well! Many of us are already used to tuning into those around us, sensing/ feeling the emotions, and energies, of others, and if we do it too much for too long then we can lose touch with our own presence and emotions, and that undermines our ability to hear our own inner guidance which can scatter our focus, leaving us feeling disconnected from our own stability in this world. In effect, it creates imbalances that can leave us open to things like vertigo.

Now couple that with the rapid fire evolving and awakening that many of us are experiencing these days. The energies around us have been in such a state of flux of late that there is definitely a lot of instability at play. Sometimes things evolve for us so rapidly that we can barely get enough of a foot hold to stabilise our new energies and perspectives before they shift again. And we are tuning in to that as well.

Getting a good grip on your own energies is the way to go to combat our newly awakening awareneses and all that goes with our ever changing worlds, and universe, and the beings within it. But until we can learn to do that, we might temporarily become even more susceptible to side effects, like vertigo symptoms.

We are tuning into the deeper, dimensional aspects of ourselves, our planet, of life itself, and even the universal energies, more and more. The sheer magnitude of the way that that can feel to us can scatter our focus so much at times that it we begin to lose the presence and stability that our physical senses give us in our ‘real world’ lives.

Now we are getting a better handle on it all, and most of it is astoundingly great fun, really interesting, and totally awe-inspiring; but sometimes it’s not.

So, if you need a tool to help you become more stable within your own presence, more fully connected to your soul and life, and stave off those vertigo attacks that distract you from being able to get a handle on your new paradigms; then here you go.

Mantra For Vertigo:

Centred,
Stable,
Balanced,
Confident,
& Focused.

Now you can’t just spruik off with these words without putting any feeling into them. You have to focus on each word as you say it, and use your mind, and perhaps your closed eyes, to push, or centre, those words and their feeling into the solar plexus area of your body. Really feel them there, and give a mental push into your body for each word individually.

To get yourself going, start repeating this mantra right away, practice getting it right for a bit. You’ll feel it in your body when you’re doing it right. And then you can leave it until you’re inspired to use it again, or if you begin to notice any familiar vertigo symptoms.

Repeat it as many times as you are inspired to, remembering to keep your focus on the words, the feeling, and your push to settle them into your body.

And that’s it.

If you’re like me, then you’ll soon realise that it’s working because you’ll recognise some of the other symptoms you usually get with vertigo, but they’ll start dissipating when you use the mantra on them, or you won’t get them as severely, and you won’t go into vertigo’s spinning free-fall.

And a side affect of these improvements will be that other problematic areas of your life that are linked with this stuff will gradually begin to shift towards improvements and progress for you too.

And then, one day, you’ll realise. Hey, I haven’t had a full on vertigo attack for years!

With as much love, and joy, and wellbeing, and freedom, and abundance, as possible; always.
