When I pulled up at the water, the first thing I saw were pretty diamond sparkles of sunlight dancing on pale blue.
Settling in, I intended to thoroughly enjoy the view while I ate. As I readied myself to take my first bite, I noticed that something was disturbing the smoothness of the blue, right at the very front edge of those magical sparkles.
It was a pod of dolphins doing those gentle, well-being things that dolphins most often do…
Ahhh, I thought as I sipped my coffee. This is why I was called!
Breakfast is even better when you’re watching dolphins in pale blue water all shiny with magical sparkles of sunlight. 🙂
As I ate, I revelled in such a state of appreciation that it filled me with pure, joyful, awe.
And the longer I watched, the more I enjoyed it all.
As the pod moved across my view, they met up with a man on a small motor boat.
He had stopped when he’d noticed them heading his way, and he stayed there until they passed.
There, the dolphins became a bit more playful and started leaping from the water near the boat, and diving back in again.
I imagined that man was delighted to be seeing them up that close.
I know I would have been.
I watched for as long as I could, truly enjoying all of it, and when they’d moved far away, I returned my attention back to the magic of the sunlight on the water.
After a few moments, I glanced at the side mirror of my car, and I smiled…
A playful flock of galahs were flapping their wings like butterflies as they moved in and around the flimsy branches of two tall, winter-bared, trees.
As they landed, the branches would dip down under the weight of the birds, and then bounce them back up again.
A whole bunch of galahs bouncing up and down on flimsy tree branches is a funny thing to see, and a total delight to watch.
Some of them would even hang upside down, fluff their combs fully up, and spread their wings a bit, creating ridiculous poses, seemingly on purpose, and that made me laugh…
So it turned out that by following my inner calling on Sunday morning was a great idea…
Because I chose to follow an inspired feeling, I got to enjoy the best breakfast ever! Simple food, great coffee, a beautiful place to enjoy it, and watching the wonderful antics of wild things…
It wasn’t long after that that I became even more inspired, and I was able to work on a couple of projects that I hadn’t been able to look at for quite awhile. So, I had some extra fun working on those too…
It was a perfect Sunday morning. My soul connection was back and it felt stronger, and more stable, than it had felt in quite awhile.
Life is so much better when your at one with your soul.
So, my Fellow Travellers…
